The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 449 of 2019, arising out of Sour Bazar (Baijnathpur) P.S. Case No. 388 of 2019, registered under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 2352 bottles, each containing 375 ML Indian made foreign liquor from the pick up van of the petitioner. The petitioner along with his driver and Khalasi were also apprehended from there. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
