2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 341 , 323 , 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury in the abdomen of Sunil Rai.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged occurrence took place . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P.
