2. Despite several opportunities, the petitioner has not removed the defect(s). Even on the last date, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner and four weeks' time was granted to remove the defects as a last opportunity, but despite such indulgence, the petitioner is neither present nor has removed the defects as pointed out by the office. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present case.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
