2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation and disobedience of the order dated 24.08.2010 passed in CWJC No. 243 of 2008.

3. The said order required the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the Full Bench decision of this Court dated 21.04.2009 passed in LPA No. 985 of 1996.
4. In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 5 on 17.08.2019, copy of office order dated 30.05.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Vaishali had been brought on record by which the claim of the petitioner was rejected. Today, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 enclosing copy of office order dated 20.08.2019, by way of a corrigendum in which it has been stated that the order dated 30.05.2019 has been passed in light of the decision of the Full Bench in LPA No. 985 of 1996.
5. In view thereof, the Court finds that the order dated 24.08.2010 passed in CWJC No. 243 of 2008, stands complied with.
