2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 337, 354(A) , 379, 504 and 506 of IPC of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case, on September 30, 2023, when informant was at home, meanwhile all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. came into her house . This petitioner Sharawan Yadav tried to take the informant inside the room, and when she protested, this petitioner assaulted her with iron

It is further alleged that her brothers, namely Dinesh Yadav and Nitish Yadav, raised alarm, then all accused persons injured them, and in the mean time, Sonu Kumar took away Mangal Sutra and Dholana from her, and Rocky Kumar snatched Rs. 2000/- and Mobile from the pocket of her brother, namely Nitish Kumar, and thereafter they threatened that if she lodge a case against them, her brother would be killed.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both the informant and petitioner are cousin brothers, and due to a land dispute, a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between both parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Case and counter case . The rest of the allegation is a super addition to make the case grave.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Magistrate Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S. case No. 855 of 2023 , subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3331 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 3/3 conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
