2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 498A , 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Allegation against these petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2624 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/3 commission of torture and harassment due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law, Petitioner No. 2 is the mother-in-law, Petitioner No. 3 is the brother-in-law (Devar), Petitioner No. 4 is the sisterin-law, and Petitioner No. 5 is the brother-in-law (Nandosi) of the victim. They are separate in terms of mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation alleged against them and they have no concern with couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai ( Bihar ) in
