There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner to have possessed 40 Litres of country made wine, whereupon, he has been arrested and is under custody since 24.10.2019. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

As such, petitioner, Karka Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh PS Case No. 1041/2019, Special Case No. 9460/2019.
