2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. In this case, police received a secret information that this petitioner alongwith co-accused Aakash Kumar Mandal and Navnit Gupta were carrying illicit foreign liquor from a Zylo Car and as such, police reached at the spot and seized said car, in which, altogether 161.25 liters of foreign liquor was recovered, however; petitioner alongwith other two co-accused persons, taking advantage of darkness, fled away from the place of recovery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that besides this case, petitioner is accused in more case of similar nature.

6. Considering the criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
