2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ mandamus directing the respondents for measurement of the land admeasuring 3 Bigha, 16 Kattha, 6 Dhur which was purchased in the year 1946-47 in the name of petitioner's father.

3. Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the District Magistrate/ Assistant Collector, L.R.D.C. and Circle Officer for measurement of his land. In this

Patna High Court CWJC No.876 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 regard, online application has been submitted whose number has been provided in online mode i.e.,. Temp No.-160082400183.

4. It transpires to this Court that as per the pleading, the said application has been filed to all authorities, whereas under Tenancy Rule of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 ( Bihar Act IV of 1948), the provision for measurement of private land has been mentioned in Rule 23 of the said Act. As such, it is directed to the petitioner to present the said order within 30 days from today and the Circle Officer is directed that if all relevant materials have been submitted by the petitioner, then complete the measurement within next 60 days, intimating all concerned and pass necessary order within 90 days from the date of production of this order before him.

5. If it has been found that the application has not fulfilled all details, then in that case, the Circle Officer shall be at liberty to demand all requisites/information from the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed off.
