2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner No. 1 was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 51437 of 2022 and petitioner No. 2 was rejected by this Hon'ble Court on 24.11.2023 . 3 . Trial court report dated 13.03.2025 reveals that only doctor is to be examined for which summon has been issued.
