Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2019 with observation that the court below shall conclude the trial after completing all the formalities within nine months Considering the fact that trial has not been concluded as directed by this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Fast Track Court No.I, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 965 of 2018, arising out of Ishipur (Barahat) PS.
