2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioners is of commission of torture and cruelty to the informant/O.P.-2 for dowry and lastly, on 02.02.2024, they alongwith other co-accused persons ousted her from the matrimonial house.
4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the informant. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the informant. Petitioners are separate in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1565 of 2025(3) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of informant and her husband.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
