2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar Excise P.S. Case No.607 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(a), (c) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 30 litres of illicit country made liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a farmer, who was arrested on the basis of suspicion and the alleged liquor was not recovered from his field. He has no concern with the seized motorcycle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court below Saran at Chapra in connection with Sadar Excise P.S. Case No.607 of 2023.
