Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 337, 323, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 C.L. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of being associated with extremist group and attacking upon CRPF Camp. FIR is against unknown.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village rivalry. Petitioner is a social worker. He is not named in the FIR. Similarly, situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate benches of this Court vide orders

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84482 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 dated 01.04.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18215 of 2019 and 22.07.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 44969 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
