The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation of physical relation by inducement against the petitioner, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.751 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. The report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that the parties have filed a compromise petition before the learned court

In the circumstance, the petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail. Thereafter, the Trial Judge shall conclude the trial at the earliest.
