2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 11.07.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in S.Tr. No.672 of 2015 arising out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2014.
3. As per the report dated 16.04.2026, submitted by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner faced the trial in Sessions Trial No.672A of 2015 which was disposed of vide order dated 31.07.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66038 of 2018(4) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 Sessions Trial No.672A of 2015 has already been disposed of and now this case has become infructuous, accordingly, he prays that the present case may be disposed of.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the report submitted by the concerned Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of having become infructuous.
