The petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.315 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise(Amendment) Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have kept 40 liters of country made liquor in the bush situated near the cowshed of Saro Yadav after getting information about the raid in the house of Rambriksh Yadav.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 24.10.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about 11⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
