The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2019 registered under Sections 147/341/323/307/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Further he submits that petitioner no.1 is a witness in a murder of his own brother, due to which, they have been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
