====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haraiya P. S. Case No. 112 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she is mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she is simply

As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide due to depression and in post-mortem report, cause of death is mentioned as 'Asphyxia due to hanging'. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 14.09.2025.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent, period of custody and other facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Haraiya P. S. Case No. 112 of 2025.
