Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 1.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13750 of 2019 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as such he has also filed the present anticipatory bail application but I am not satisfied with the aforesaid plea as his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected in the month of July, 2019 and he was directed to surrender.

Considering the same, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however he may surrender and pray for regular bail and on the basis of the submissions as
