2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 18.04.2024in Cr. Misc. No. 11134 of 2024.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.) P.S. Case No. 414 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties and the witnesses who have been examined till date have not supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 24.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.1st Class (East) Court-2, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.) P.S. Case No. 414 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
