2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased because of an earlier criminal case. After investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2023.

4. Considering the fact that the police has found this case to be of suicide, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been

No.3228 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
