2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.S..
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted four knife blows upon husband of informant as a result of which he sustained four sharp cut wounds.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to

No.88578 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation of inflicting knife blows against this petitioner. It is further submitted that doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
