2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the matter, having regard to the amendment issued by notification dated 21.07.2023 of Bihar Authority and Public Distribution System Control, IInd Amendment Order-2022.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner ventilating his grievance against the selection of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19639 of 2018(4) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 respondent no. 7 as a PDS dealer.

4. On such representation made by the petitioner, the Divisional Commissioner shall consider the same on its own merits by duly issuing notices to all the parties and then shall pass an appropriate and reasonable order.

5. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of the copy of the complaint by the Divisional Commissioner.

6. It is needles to say that before passing any order, the Divisional Commissioner shall give an opportunity to all the parties for hearing. Any order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, shall be communicated to all the parties.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
