1. The Writ petition is filed to direct the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the petitioner for grant of PDS shop in view of his degree in computer application and further to stay the selection process of grant of PDS licence in the Block Mansahi, Katihar and to set aside the selection of the respondent No. 8.

2. However, during the course of arguments, the Learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No. 20170 of 2018(8) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 submitted that she intends to withdraw the Writ petition with a liberty to challenge the orders of the respondent.
