The present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Programmed Officer, Samastipur (Respondent No.3) to dispose off the Miscellaneous case pending before him (Annexure-P2) which was filed by the petitioner with regard to illegalities and irregularities committed in selection of Anganwari Sevika.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, no order has been passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur (Respondent No.3) on the representation filed by the petitioner.

4. In response thereof, learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction be given to the District Programme Officer, Samastipur to pass order on the said miscellaneous case if filed by the petitioner and if not disposed off.

5. In the light of the submission made, the present writ application is disposed of directing Respondent No. 3 to pass reasoned and speaking order on the miscellaneous case, if filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of completion of the appearance of the respective parties.
