The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 34, 36, 38 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 2 liters of illicit liquor from beneath the temporary shop of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent.

No.80377 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
