2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the guilty opposite parties/contemnor who appeared to have deliberately and willfully

Patna High Court MJC No.21 of 2024(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 violated the order dated 19.06.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 15932 of 2022.

3. The show cause of the opposite party no. 2 to 5 is on record showing the removal of encroachment and the signature of all the villagers.

4. In that background, the order stands complied, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
