JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that in a transfer petition being Transfer Petition(S)(Civil) No. 1391 of 2025 filed between the parties, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has quashed the FIR of the present case in accordance with the settlement agreement.
2. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in paragraph -4 of the order dated 08.10.2025 has recorded as under: "In the light of these facts the marriage solemnized between the petitioner-wife and the respondenthusband on 30.07.2020 stands dissolved and all pending cases before the various courts as described in paragraph 2 of the Settlement Agreement (supra) stands quashed or
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.835 of 2024(3) dt.20-01-2026 2/2 set aside and both the parties are directed to bear the respective costs as agreed of these proceedings."
3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Transfer Petition(S)(Civil) No. 1391 of 2025, the present application has become infructuous as the FIR from which the present application arises has already been quashed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
4. The petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
5. The order passed in Transfer Petition(S)(Civil) No. 1391 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 be kept with the records of this case.
