2.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahpur P.S.Case No. 156 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the I.P.C has been added.

3. This is the second attempt for granting bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected vide order dated 04.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 47783 of 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have killed his father when he refused to give money to the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 07.04.2022. The informant is none else but his

6. Considering the period of custody , let the above named petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur Patna in Sessions Trial No. 938 of 2022 arising out of Sahpur P.S.Case No 156 of 2022.
