The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai Police Station Case No.34 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., the petitioner and others kidnapped to Rahul Kumar Das, the full brother of the informant and subsequently, Rahul Kumar Das was found murdered. The occurrence of kidnapping was witnessed by Md. Heera, who has supported the same before the Police. There is old enmity between the parties, as both sides are accused in the murder case of the family member of the opponent. After hearing the parties as well as considering the
