The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34.

As per allegation in the FIR the accused persons including the petitioners are said to have entered into the house of the informant and of having misbehaved and assaulted with the informant and family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ladies. From reading of the description of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81030 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 the informant together with the description of the list of accused in this FIR it would transpire that both the parties belong to the same family and for petty reason have been filing cases against each other. This is also one of the case in the series. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations against both petitioners, the petitioners being ladies, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.216 of 2019 are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
