JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner happens to be the owner of the Bolero vehicle and F.I.R. disclosed that there is recovery of 309.06 liters of foreign liquor from the vehicle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. disclosed that she was not present and only because she is owner of the vehicle, she has been made accused in this case. She has no criminal antecedent. Heard A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82831 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019.
