The petitioner seek bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.510 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.
One country made pistol and four cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. He is in custody since 26.08.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his period of custody, which is from 26.08.2023, this bail application is allowed. 5.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Koilwar Police Station, DistrictBhojpur at Ara on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. After the release, if the petitioner is found to be involved in any criminal case, his bail bonds shall automatically be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
