Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304, 379, 504, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and Petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 are women and the informant alleges that on 16-52024 at 10 a.m., the informant along with her sister-in-law were

No.4205 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/3 sitting at their door, when her neighbor including the petitioner came and started abusing her sister-in-law, on objection the accused assaulted her leading to abortion as she was carrying pregnancy of four months, thereafter she was taken to hospital from where she was referred to the PMCH.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the petitioners and the informant are neighbor and they are having dispute relating to passage and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged. It is further submitted that no woman would assault another woman who is carrying pregnancy.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
