JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended by the public along with stolen motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.7.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for nearly 5 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties
