The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding the respondent authorities especially respondent No. 2 and 3 to provide electric/power connection to petitioner in pursuance of his uploaded duly filled up application form vide Request No. 523014815384 dated 04.11.2024 by taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is the bonafide onwer of the house in question and is in possession of house situated in LIG, B/132, Lohianagar, Kankarbagh, Patna- 800020.

Petitioner further seeks any other relief/ reliefs for which he is found entitled in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to accept the application made by the petitioner along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to accept the application of the petitioner for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The respondent Nos. 2 & 3 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the receipt of this order.
