2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 17 liters of illicit liquor.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.

7. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioners shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
