The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 365/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 272/273/290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the hut located near the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.80838 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, II, cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 365/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
