The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 12.10.2023, thereby granted thirty days' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Madhubani Complaint Case No. 456 of 2019, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that neither his leave was granted nor his salary arrears were paid and due to that he was unable furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time, as evident from certificate dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12785 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 12.12.2023 (Annexure-P/2).

In view of the aforesaid, the time granted for surrendering before learned trial Court below with respect to order dated 12.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43384 of 2023, is hereby extended by two weeks from today.

Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 12785 of 2024 stands disposed of.
