1. Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of LPA No. 1087 of 2018, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 07.01.2020.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the office could not be removed due to the fact that petitioner was not aware about the aforesaid peremptory
Patna High Court MJC No.20 of 2024(3) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 order and after COVID-19 pandemic the petitioner recently enquired and came to know about the status of the LPA.
4. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed and the LPA No. 1087 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to compliance of the peremptory order dated 07.01.2020 passed in LPA No. 1087 of 2018 within two weeks and payment of Rs. 2000/- in the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee.
