2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act as well as Section 66 of the Information Technology Act registered in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is not named in the first information report. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
