1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate order(s)/direction(s), writ/writs, preferably in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned to allot him appropriate government land, enabling him and other similarly situated vegetable sellers in particularly at Aakopur near Hanuman Temple, Siwan from its present
Patna High Court CWJC No.1785 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 place i.e. Daroga Rai College, Siwan, to avoid the traffic jam for which members of petitioner and other vegetables are ready to pay the required fee etc. if any, with a further prayer till the same has been done, not to disturb the petitioner and other vegetable sellers from doing their business at the said Daroga Rai College, Ward No.18, Nagar Parishad, Block + District-Siwan as the District Administration regularly threatening and restraining them from opening their shops/doing trade of wholesale vegetables and sometimes even destroyed their vegetables and assaulted them."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
