The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other co-accused person having been apprehended by the Police while they were riding on a motorcycle and it transpired that the said motorcycle is a stolen one.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while preparing the seizure list, there has been no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C., hence the seizure is vitiated in the eyes of law. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Lastly, it is submitted

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019.
