The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 2852 liters of Nepali country made liquor from four motorcycles which were being driven by five persons, however, upon being intercepted by the police, four co-accused persons managed to flee away, nonetheless the petitioner was arrested.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Iind Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019.
