2. It is alleged that the Mukhiya of the Panchayat is making false estimate and bills of vendors with support of contractors for embezzlement of government money. The petitioner has filed the above Public Interest Litigation producing two representations made without any substantiation

Patna High Court CWJC No.2617 of 2024 dt.23-02-2024 2/2 of the broad allegations raised. Even the Mukhiya, who has been accused of defalcation, has not been impleaded in the personal capacity.

3. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the writ petition and dismiss the same.
