The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.10.2019 and is a person of clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 825 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 9298 of 2019 dated 19.10.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody and the clean background of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
