2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 427, 353, 332, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27 of Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and
