2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely , Balram Kumar alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner killed son of informant, on suspicion that deceased had illicit relation with wife of one of the co-accused persons, namely , Sachin @ Bhujangi.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . This petitioner was made accused in this case only on suspicion . Suspicion has been raised on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence two named accused persons, allegedly threatened the son of informant to kill him. Save and except, suspicion , there is no other material against this petitioner to show her complicity in the alleged occurrence. Cause of death is asphyxia by strangulation. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Muger in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under
