2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109 and 352 of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioners along with others were assaulting the informant and others. It is specifically alleged that when the uncle of the informant namely, Amrendra Singh came to rescue then Chandan, Rupesh, Karan, Satyam and others assaulted the informant and his uncle with knife. It is alleged that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86423 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/3 informant received knife blow on his back and hand 5-6 times and his uncle has received head injury who was assaulted with lathi for many times.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel has further submitted the there is also a counter version of this case for the occurrence of same day. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that from perusal of the injury report also it is clear that the injuries received by the victim does not co-relate with the allegation. From perusal of injury report shows that victim has received injury on his chest. There is also chance of manufacturing injury as the findings of the Doctor regarding injuries are different in few injury reports. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners are men of clean antecedent and are in judicial custody since 25.10.2025.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioners.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with

Case No. 294 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13th, Saran at Chapra.
